High-Performance Email Campaign


We crafted a professional and engaging email blast with the ADU article as the centerpiece. The results were outstanding:


  • 48% Open Rate: Nearly half of his audience engaged with the email, far surpassing industry benchmarks.
  • 11% Click-Through Rate: A significant portion of recipients clicked to learn more about ADUs, demonstrating strong interest in the topic.

Direct Lead Engagement



James used the click-through data to identify and directly contact the 11% who expressed interest in ADUs. This targeted follow-up allowed him to offer personalized support, whether in building ADUs or purchasing properties with ADUs.
